I am clean and tidy.
I am looking for someone who is clean, honest, trustworthy and is genuinely happy most of the time. I am looking for someone who is looking for more than a 6 month contract.
The price of £475 means that you wont have to pay any bills, share of food will have to be discussed. If you have a car there is car parking around in the local area but not allocated to the flat but should not be a problem.
A female flat mate would be prefered, but only due to that is what i have been used to for the past two years.
