A part time position is available as a recruitment consultant at a new business specialising in niche recruitment. The role consists of dealing with business development, candidate selection, building a client base, meetings with businesses, and overall promotion of the company.

Interlock works with Graduates and Small Businesses, bridging the gap between the two.

The position will suit preferably someone who wants flexible and part time hours, such as a parent, who is looking for an interesting role, but in suitable hours.

Qualities looking for is an experienced professional, who is presentable, friendly and has excellent communication skills both orally and written. Background ideally with working for businesses or directors. Must be able to have the confidence to build relationships, network and develop a client base. The role will also need someone to be able to work on their own accord and initiative.

Most backgrounds and qualifications will be considered for the role.
