REASON FOR SELLING:

We have owned this Motor home for the last 2 years and in this time we have had many a good weekends away, Unfortunately we are having to sell it due to the fact we are moving to a new house next month, but there is limited parking, so there will not be enough parking for us to keep this lovely Motorhome.

The last owner had this vehicle from new and kept it for 15 years and looked after it exeptionaly well.

LAYOUT:

From entering the vehicle from the Barn door, directly opposite you have the Wash Room which is fitted with a shower, sink with hot and cold water, a thetford cassette toilet with manual flush, There are brackets on the wall that the table from the living area can be hung up on to give extra room.

To your right you have a end kitchen area, which consists of a fully working oven, grill and 3 hob cooker, a sink with hot and cold water, a fridge with a small freezer compartment in it, the sink has a pull down covering to give you extra work space and the cooker has a pull down chopping board, there is also storage cupboards above and below.

Next to the Wash Room you have a large wardrobe with a mirror on the door and below this is a gas fire (which is in full working order) on the side of the wardrobe you have the controls that operates the Electrics, Lighting, Water Heater, Auxiliaries, A guage to show the level of water. Next to this you have a large seating area and table this can be converted into a double bed very easily. under the seats there is the water tank on one side and on the other is the hot water heater and water pump. above are storage cupboards

To the left of the barn door you have a unit with a space for a T.V on top there is a electric socket there, above on the wall there is a cabinet with glass door, next to this is the seating area with storage uder the seats, also under the seats is the Mains trip switch (Fuse Box), This seating area can also be used as asingle bed, above this are storage area's.

At the front of the van is the driving area and above this there is another double bed, complete with ladder and a curtain that can be used to seperate this area off.

All windows have blinds and fly screens that are in fully working order and there are 3 Sky Lights / Roof Vents, 2 in the main of the Motorhome and one in the Bathroom.

MECHANICAL:

This vehicle is booked in to go for a M.O.T on monday the 2nd June, so will come with a new M.O.T (will let you know of any advisory's), It has a 2.5 turbo diesel enigne which pulls well, It drives very well and cruises very well on the motorways, it has 4 good tyres all round and a spare one that is in good condition.

BAD POINTS:

Slight cosmetic damage to the back of the vehicle (Please have a look at the pictures)
Very few marks around body as to be expected on a van of this age
