One Senior Care Assistant and One Care Assistant required for newly opened 60+ beds Living Facility located in Lymington in Hampshire.
Service users are elderly care.

Senior Care Assistant will provide high quality care to all residents and will monitor the work of the Care Assistant’s, as directed and under the supervision of the Care Manager.
Senior Care Assistant will attend to the wishes, comfort, personal appearance and hygiene of the residents at all times. They will encourage the social care and well being of the residents.
Care Assistant will provide personal care and support for all residents at all times (bathing, feeding, washing, toileting) etc.

Candidates will have the ability to work well within a team and to supervise the work of a team. Experience of caring and the ability to demonstrate and empathy and caring nature is necessary.
Senior Care Assistant with NVQ level 2 in Caring will be desirable.
Rate of pay is £7.30 - £7.50 for senior care assistant, depending on experience and qualifications, and is £6.30 - £6.50 for care assistants also depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours per week are 37.5 with more shifts available if needed. Part time positions are also available with shifts of earlies, lates and nights. Monday – Sunday on a rota basis.

Accommodation is available at £80 per week inclusive of bills. The accommodation is at a very high standard, spacious with en-suite facilities.
