i have a large 3 bed maisonette in gosport grange area,it is on the 1st floor,it has double glazing,gch it is close to shops in all directions,bus routes,local schools,nurserys and preschools,doctors and dentistis , fields right behind and right nxt to park alsothe beaches are a 5-10 min drive from here and in town you have a ferry to portsmouth where there is the bus depo,train station and ferry to isle of wight. the 2 larger rooms have a built in wardrobe and there is a built in cupboard on the landing as well as access to the attic,there is storage space under the stairs and a huge built in cupboard in the front room,the front room is large and bright and opens up on to a balcony,the kitchen is also large with room for a table and chairs as well as all your appliances also there is a storage shed out side,the only way to gain access to the building is with a key fob you scan or being buzzed in,i am with pha so needs to be with a council or housing association tennant.i am wanting to move as want a garden for my little ones as too young to go downstairs on own so am after ground property only or house.
