We have one double bedroom that is soon to be available in our house. The bedroom over looks the garden and has a wardrobe and drawers in it and has a dark wood double bed available if needed. The house is on a very quiet non-studenty road in Inner Avenue and is a detached house. My Mum owns it and I just pay her mortgage for her by renting the rooms. I have been living here for 4 years now and doing up the house as I want to eventually buy it off her as I love it! We have sky+ and wireless broadband included in the rent along with all the other bills. The only extra cost per month is for toilet roll and cleaning products which we split the cost of. There's a downstairs toilet, dining room, living room with patio doors to the garden with big L-shaped sofa, modern kitchen with huge fridge and dish washer, garden with pond, water feature and seating area, modern bathroom with bath and shower, 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room used as a therapy room for my holistic therapies. I have 3 cats who are very affectionate and always pleased to have attention. I am a non-smoker, Mel smokes but only in the garden with the door shut as I don't like the smell of smoke getting into the house.Parking is permit holders only but only during normal times so not a problem if driving to work Mon-fri 9-5 type hours and the driveway is available to park on at the weekend. We are looking for a third female who is clean, tidy and considerate to move in at the start of November.
