Excellent opportunity to join a well established and high performance team. Your team size will be c4 email marketing Campaign Executives. The role is mainly management based but does include some hands-on email marketing campaign management. Specifically you will manage the services team which will include; resource loading/levelling, agree service requirements with clients, document proposals & estimates, monthly invoice reporting, ensure delivery of services, team member appraisals, chair monthly team meetings, conduct staff 1:1s, & objective settings. A large part of the role is to look at current processes and continours improvement. Also as the team is due to grow you will be involved in staff development.



The company's typical clients are high profile corporates who are interesting but often challenging to work with - with that in mind there is a continual desire to raise standards wherever possible and you will need to demonstrate a passion for developing and implementing excellent customer service.



The successful candidate will also need to be passionate about the internet and eMarketing - the role is largely non technical but any skills in HTML or CSS would be a plus.
