KINGFISHER HA... LOOKING FOR HA/ COUNCIL SWAP
Hi, i have a massive 2 bed flat, 2nd floor in a small, quiet block... it looks out over a shared garden and car park at the back of the block so very quiet. this flat is between shirley and southampton just off of the main road and has a first and middle school within 5 mins walk as well as being 30secs to the main bus routes.
This flat was brand new when i moved in (jan 07)and benefits from a new fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. both bedrooms are huge doubles with built in wardrobes and the larger one also has loft storage space which is huge
Ideally i am looking for something on the west side of southampton as far as totton/ west totton/ ashurst bridge. i am looking for something with two+ beds and it must have a private garden and parking of some sort, i dont mind if the house needs some tlc as long as it is only minor decor... i am open to flats/ massionettes but would prefer a house of some sort.
