I have a 2 bedroom GF flat with own garden and Balcony.
My property has:

BED 1: Built in wardrobe with mirror doors and is good for storage.
BED2: Built in wardrobe with 2 shelves in it. I have a big airing cupboard but can also be used as storage.
HALLWAY: storage cuboard and gas heater
KITCHEN is new and has a door going into the back garden.
BATHROOM: Walk in shower, sink and toilet
LOUNGE: spacious lounge facing the front and has a door going onto the balcony.
GARDEN: Is a very good size and has a shelter where u can sit if it rains. I do have a shed outside my garden which is quite big.
The property is almost deco apart from bathroom and 2 beds.
My lounge has new carpet and nicely deco as you can see in thhe pic.
I am close to shops, bus stops, schools and a park.
