Our client require a Minor Works Co-ordinator to assist in the running of all minor project works on a large FM services account in the South of the country. You will be based on a number of different sites.



You will be required to provide effective assistance to the Minor Works and Site Operations Managers in the running of all minor project works on a large client account.



Principal Accountabilities:



Liaise with the client and sub contractors on start dates, delivery dates and completion dates.

Assist the Minor Works Manager in compiling specifications.

Assist in the development of project programmes.

Investigate and resolve outstanding deliveries with suppliers.

Assist in carrying out monthly reviews on individual projects.

Prepare and present quotations for additional works.

Assist in managing customer expectation.

Manage on site subcontractor activity.



Qualifications & Experience:



Thorough understanding of Project Co-ordination.

Trade qualification desirable.
