The sessions are split between inside gym training (at Collymore Leisure, Lodge Road, Southampton) and outside cardio training (training runs).
An initial diet session, involving a diet regime, and accompanying stretch session, will be followed by 3 x one-on-one sessions per week to ensure you get the best results in the shortest period of time
