I am a researcher at the University and I require a studio flat, flat or annex sort of accommodation not too far from Highfield campus. I require rent on a month-by-month basis as I am unsure when I will leave Soton, but poossibly in the spring.
I am a non-smoker and would prefer an unfurnished property. Otherwise, I'm quiet and friendly.
