I have a room available for rent in a house in Shirley, the house is very spacious for two people.It has a communal lounge area and another kitchen diner area which is large enough for a kitchen table. There is a shower and a bath plus am currently re landscaping the garden. I am sociable and enjoy going out to cinema, gigs etc etc but would not want to live with someone who rolls in from the pub every night as i need my beauty sleep. Hence no students unless they are mature post grads. All the bills, council tax/electricity/gas/water/BB and television licence add up to £100 pm, so a total of £400 including bills
