3 or 4 Bed , in any condition at all for our lovely 3 bed mitcham
Hi, we are a bit fed up of time wasters and would like to hear from serious movers only please, we have a lovely big 3 bed 2 storey maisonette 2nd flr top, based in a lovely area on the edge of rosehill/mitcham, we have intecom and new lift they are finishing at present, we have no problems here we need to move to be nearer to work, our frontroom has juliet doors we dble as dining and is 17ft by 12ft, laminate flooring in here, our hall is big and we have a computer area here, kitchen a very good size and recently painted with new flooring, upstairs we have sep toilet and bathroom also recently painted with new flooring, our main bedroom is 15ft by 12ft and has just been painted , 2nd is a good dble 11ft by 11ft, and 3rd is a single 9ft by 7 1/2 ft, we have off rd parking,garages avil, outside storage area,commual garden and preserved green behind leads to a national park, local shops and schools and all transport including tram, we need a 3 with 2 dbles like ours or a 4 bed house in any condition at all, rural preffered over others, any questions please call or email, i am not on computer that often so a call or text will reach me same day, we are keen to move asap due to work and travel, thanks, no time wasters please.
