I have a large 660 square feet office space available in the daytime and evenings up to 10pm - or all night if we agree it. It'll cost you £25 for 2 and a half hours, and you get the room to use as a rehearsal area / meeting room - or whatever else you want to use it for.

Will suit bands, drama groups, society meetings.

I will accept bands in the evenings, and will accept other uses in the day time.
