Deputy Manager Holiday Inn Express Soton M27 Jct 7
We are seeking a strong Deputy Manager to be instrumental in running our very busy Express by Holiday Inn Soton M27 Jct 7 . Located adjacent to the Rose Bowl, the hotel consists of 176 bedrooms with a busy food & beverage operation , 5 conference rooms
The position requires a multi skilled individual with previous employment experience as a Deputy Manager in 100+ bedroomed branded hotels preferred.
The role is entirely hands-on and includes ensuring compliance with InterContinental Hotels Group Brand Standards.
Job requirements:
Previous Deputy Management experience in a similar role in a branded environment
Proven track record in the Hospitality Industry
Long tenures and good references essential
Experience working for large corporate organisations
Holidex , Fidelio and Fruition experience an advantage
Job Available: Immediate
Salary: £ 21,000 - £ 23,000 pa
