My Client is a premier Education brand with an Education Recruitment Consultant vacancy at their operations based in Southampton.

They specialise in the recruitment across all areas of Education, and due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their motivated and driven team developing the Primary sector of Education recruitment in the Southampton area. This is already a warm desk within the Hampshire area.

The successful candidate will have full knowledge and understanding of recruitment process, new business development and maintaining clients once they have been brought on board, as well as a provable history of strong billings in recruitment - ideally education but they will also consider other sector provided that provable new business development has been a large part of the role.

The successful Candidate will be someone who possesses a passion for education recruitment coupled with the commitment and drive to be part of the development the Branch's number of days out in this challenging and competitive environment

The are offering a very competitive basic salary (up to £26K depending upon experience and what you can bring to the table), along with a very rewarding commission structure on top of this as well as working for a dynamic company
