Available from 17 June until 20 September a medium sized room in a large four bed student house in Broadlands Road close to Southampton University.
We would be prepared to let this room for a period of less than the full three months to suit you if that is what you need and you do not have to be a student but that status would be preferable.
The room is well decorated, furnished and lockable and being at the back of the house is quiet. It could be an ideal room for a solitude-seeking dissertation writer.
The house is a large semi-detached one with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and aq separate toilet, a large comfortable living room and a large well kept garden laid mainly to lawn.
Share the house and facilities with three clean and tidy students.
A small deposit and a contribution to the shared gas, electricity and telephone bills is required but no council tax, water rates or television licence to pay.
From the end of July there will also be a very large room at the front of the house when the current tenant returns to France.
