Our client is Small Quality Hotel Group who have a passion for delivering good quality food.

They are looking for a Sous Chef to be based at thier Boutique Hotel on the outskirts of Southampton. You will be cooking fine dining food, along with small private functions and weddings. Working in a bridgade of 4 you will support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, you will be involved in menu planning, odering and stock control.

This role may suit a Junior Sous or Senior CDP looking for a step up.

The salary is £18,500 you will need to drive due to the location of the role.
