Customer Service Account Manager
We are looking for a Customer Service Account Manager who has a demonstrated technical aptitude.
CS - Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to develop Customer Services and Call Center experience
* Verbal and written fluency in English (Multilingualism is an asset)
* Able to work an on-call rotation schedule ( weekends, carry mobile phone)
* Multi-tasker who can work to deadlines and perform problem resolution
* Excellent telephone communication skills and writing skills
* Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities and develop a career
* Experienced in word processing and other MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Documentation and reporting skills
naomi jones: CS - Role & Responsibilities:
Our CS team responds to incoming telephone calls and emails from our client base. As a CS Account Manager, you will:
* Participate in 24/7 rotation schedules (extra compensation, scheduled in advance)
* Use system tables to control the setup of the clients
* Troubleshoot, document and refine internal processes
* Participate in quarterly system releases as part of virtual promotion teams
* Document and provide knowledge transfer
