Our client is a prestigious legal firm based in Southampton looking for a Personal Injury Administrator to join their team.
The PI administrators are the first point of contact with new clients. You will vet claims and deal with allocation of new referrals to personal injury team coordinators/team members. The role involves initiating correspondence and documentation, arranging medical appointments, and ensuring that claims are actioned in accordance with the appropriate workflows and systems. The role also involves opening, maintenance and closure of files.
The successful administrator must have:
* have an excellent telephone manner
* be personable and enjoy speaking with people
* have a background in customer service
* will be IT literate
ideally you have legal experience and an interest in law
