Job Description

Traffic Management Foreman In charge of a three man traffic management crew carrying out all traffic management duties within the Hampshire HTC. Duties include emergency standby and Winter Maintenence Operations.

Requirements

• Traffic Management Foreman Sector 12A,B,C & D essential
• TCSO preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
• Traffic Management Foreman Responsible for day to day management of the traffic management crew including emergency response, winter maintenance and regular maintenance duties.
• Acceptance of works orders, through planning, organising, executing and correct completion of works orders to the commercial team.
• Ensure the protection of the Health & Safety of our employees and all those affected by their operations.
• Service delivery to a standard that meets or exceeds the clients expectations, continuous improvement and best value.

The Individual

• Traffic Management Foreman Experienced traffic management foreman with sector 12A,B,C &D training.
• TCSO is desirable but not essential however it is envisaged that the successful applicant will be experienced and suitable to receive TCSO training within the first year of employment.
