Business Travel Consultant , Southampton
Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant? Do you have a good working knowledge of Galileo? An excellent opportunity to work for this leading corporate travel / business travel agency
As a Business Travel Consultant / Corporate Travel consultant you will be responsible for a variety corporate / business travel accounts. Your clients will be a combination of SME's accounts dealing with UK and International travel both air and ground arrangements.
The key duties of the Business Travel Consultant will be:
- Providing the best available fares and routes for your business travel clients
- Using the latest travel systems including CRS, nett fares and back office
- Delivering cost effective options for worldwide business travel itineraries
- Assisting business travel clients with all manner of travel requests from UK hotels, conference, events and multiple travel options.
- Taking ownership of your business travel enquiries right through to any queries on your clients return
- Assisting with excess baggage allowances, visa and currency
- Ensuring all business travel queries are resolved in a timely manner and service delivered exceeds SLA's.
Experienced require for the role of Business Travel Consultant:
As a Business Travel Consultant your skills and experience will include:
- Previous experience of using CRS, either Galileo or Amadeus
- Previous experience of arranging worldwide multiple itineraries
- Some net fares experience along with manual fare builds
- Working within a team and well under pressure
- A good problem solver with the ability to deliver a result in a timely and effective manner
