Looking for volunteers to test a new software product: KeepMeBooked.

KeepMeBooked.com is web-based software for hotel owners to manage their reservations.

We are looking for some real, live users to do some usability testing. This will involve someone observing you and asking you questions while you carry out some everyday tasks like entering a reservation, editing a guest's details, etc. We want to find out what works and what doesn't. Things that seem easy and obvious to the development team might appear confusing and complex to a real user seeing the screens for the first time.

The process takes about 45mins-1hr, and we will pay you £30 for your time. Location: near Southampton Airport.

We are looking only for people who have some experience of taking hotel reservations (although doesn't matter whether you have used reservation software or not - just need people who have a good understanding of guests and bookings and deposits and requesting extra pillows in the room, all that kind of thing.)
