We are looking for a house or bungalow preferably older, semi or detached. Preferably 3 bedrooms or 2 if there is potential to extend. We would really like a good sized garden (60ft +) but will consider smaller. We don't mind doing work to a property in fact that would be preferable. We will consider any area in and around Southampton.

We are looking upto 175000 to keep below stamp duty and there would be no agency fees to pay!
