i'm setting up a business that assists people investigate defects on there property. the work involves drains surveys, trial pits (digging holes to view foundations), cutting holes in walls and ceilings, lifting floor boards, etc.

the work can be physically demanding but is also rewarding, varied and sometimes easy.

i've got a van and all the tools that are needed - i just need someone who is flexible enough to have intermittent pay (based on the number of jobs that come in). i also run a firm of builders so other work may be available on our more permanent jobs. all money earned will be paid promptly. i am happy to talk through terms with any applicants to ensure evryones needs are met.
