Hi all I am looking to rent a 3 bedroom house in Southampton. Preferable area's are Eastleigh, Shirley, Sholing, Totton, Hythe and Marchwood.

Initially it will be paid for via housing benefit but only until Jan. I need to move down to get my children settled into school as my partner is starting a job in Jan which is when housing benefit will no longer be the means of payment.

We have a deposit ready and are looking for a property with a rent of between £600-£700.

Please consider us if you have anything available as we desperately need to move asap.
