Design & Build Manager- Hampshire

My client is a leading Building Services Contractor based in Hampshire. Due to successfully securing a number of contracts within the public and private sector my client is looking to recruit an experienced Design & Build Manager.

The role requires a Design & Build Manager who is capable of managing multiple Design and Build pre construction activities. The role will be based in Hampshire with the remit to support the tender and design functions in the south east offices located between Hampshire and Berkshire. Reporting to the Managing Director you will have a proven track record in the winning and delivery of projects for one of the UK's leading Main Contractors.
The salary is upto £50k basic + car/allowance + pension + profit share + holiday + death in service etc
