Part of a global medical devices group our client has a major manufacturing site employing in excess of 2,000 staff on the South Coast. The site has recently completed a $35m investment programme further enhancing its technological capabilities and is now the premier manufacturing location for the world wide group.

Reporting to the HR Director and working within a team of eight HR Advisors you will be responsible for delivering generalist HR support and advice to the General Manager and management team at one of their production sites with 400 staff near Southampton.

Key to the success of the role will be your communication, presentation and technical HR skills gained in fast-moving business where HR is at the forefront of the business agenda working as a Business Partner with the internal clients.

CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification you will have at least three years generalist experience across employee relations, training, performance management, talent management and recruitment activities and will feel comfortable in presenting regular employment law updates to the management team.

On offer is a very competitive base salary betwen £28,000 and £30,000 together with a range of benefits.
