We have a single room in a shared house to offer. Monthly cost includes council tax/gas/elec. House ameneties include shared kitchen, lounge room, dart room (but can be changed!), downstairs toilet and bathroom (which currently stores tumble dryer), upstairs shower room, wifi and cable tv. Plently of storage space.

Professional person preferred.

There are 2 of us that share the house at the moment, 1 male, 1 female (age 39, 45). Both working odd hours so there is time to have the house to yourself!

Must not be offended by smokers or a cat!
