PI Assistant - Southampton - Great Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity for an Assistant to join our clients' Personal Injury team based in Southampton.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for new clients. You will asses claims and allocate files to the Personal Injury team members or co-ordinators.
You will also be involved in organising medical appointments, initiating correspondence or documentation and ensuring that files are dealt with in the correct manner.
Suitable candidates will have excellent communication and IT skills.
Ideally you will have experience in a legal practice however IT IS ESSENTIAL TO THIS ROLE THAT YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND.
