To champion Direct Short Breaks in South East; leading on rollout, coordination and assisting in delivery of the service.

To effectively develop and manage relationships with those responsible for services to Disabled children and their families at a strategic and operational level, including; Local Authorities, Children’s Trust partnerships, PCT, Education and the voluntary sector. The post holder will also actively engage with disabled children and young people and their families.

The post holder will report to the Regional Director.

The post holder will work as part of the South East region and have a close working relationship with the Direct Short Breaks team.

The post holder will pro-actively develop relationships with other KIDS departments and regional offices including; Regional Offices, IT, Regional Directors / Service Managers from other regions, National Development Team, HR and Finance.

The post holder will develop and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders of the Direct Short Breaks service including; statutory services professionals, sector partners, funders, families and children and young people.

Based in South East - Fareham or Winchester £27.889 F/T 36 hours.
