Employer Liaison officer/Recruiter Southampton £21,000 + benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and poractive Employment Liaison Officer to join a recruitment team in this leading training provider.
Working in conjunction with the Job Centre Plus you will work closely with Employment and Personal Advisors working with learners and placing them in both paid and unpaid work.
The role involves;
• Access client database to ensure are aware of client skills and job/ placement requirements.
• Carry out and/or arrange mock interviews with learners
• Prepare the learners for placements, ensuring they understand the placement/employment process.
• Ensure all evidence of attendance and achievement is received from placements
• Carry out work placement review.
• Obtain written confirmation from Placement/project provider to undertake training.
• Ensure that work restrictions imposed on clients/trainees are not being exceeded
• When client moves into employment, ensure evidence of job is received and processed appropriately.
• Support client whist in work – arranging liaison visits if appropriate.
