Hello,

I'm a 26 year old female, new to the world of yoga. So new in fact that I've never given it a go. But I've decided now's the time to give it a bash!

I'm slightly nervous at going alone though - I'm worried about falling over or losing my balance - so need some moral support! If you've never given yoga a go, or are relatively new to yoga and would like a yoga buddy in a similar position then please give me a shout.
