My name is Mike I am a single working professional and I have a double room available to rent in my home in Eastleigh, close to the town centre and train station.

The room available to rent currently fully furnished at the moment but items can be removed / replaced if required.

The house has three bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and best of all the living room with a home theatre, ps3, a plasma TV and comfy sofas. The Garden is a decent size perfect for BBQ’s or just relaxing weather permitting

I'm looking for a housemate who is ideally a professional who enjoys watching movies and having a cup of tea :-)
