The flat is in a great location, directly opposite the Common, a 5 min walk to Bedford Place and a 15 minute walk to the Town Centre/University. The Neighbours are very friendly and it’s a very nice relaxing place to live.

We are looking for a Mature Student or young professional preferably with a lifestyle in sports to fill a double room. The room is unfurnished however it does have a relatively new double bed and inbuilt cupboard for storage.

The flat has three double rooms, one good sized bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge which makes it very social.

Rent is £287 PCM, Council Tax £37 PCM (NA if you are a student),
Bills are on top although they are quite cheap. rent can be negotiated!
