I am a live out landlord

One of my 4 tenants in the house share is moving out and the remaining 3 are looking for a replacement. The house (in Owens Road) has recently been refurbishing to a very high standard. The photos do not remotely do this house justice!

There is a new kitchen (in fact everything in the house is new). The kitchen is spacious, with a kitchen table and chairs. There in underfloor heating (in the kitchen and both bathrooms). The kitchen has got a trick glass roof and byfolding doors opening out onto a small court yard garden, which brings the garden into the house – great for the summer. There is also a sitting room.

It would suit young professional female, non smoker. You must be clean, tidy and considerate. Basically my tenants are looking for someone who is "nice and normal" and who wants to share a nice home rather than student digs or the usual rental tat.

Bills are on top of the monthly rent. Council tax is £28 per month.
