SEN Teaching Assistants looking for a Winchester job need to register as soon as possible to get the best specialist teaching assistant jobs.
 

We work with Special Education Need schools in the Winchester area who need specialist teaching assistants who have experience with 
 - BESD (Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties)  
 - ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and Aspergers  
 - Visual and Hearing Impairments
 

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will also be expected to
- Work along side the teacher to develop the planning for all the class
- Provide one to one support and group work
- Follow and implement the children's IEPs
- Maintain the positive learning environment within the school 


To be successful for this job you need
- To have a proven understanding of supporting children with special needs
- Excellent planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent ICT skills
