Buddhist meditation classes

Classes are informal and include a short talk, guided meditation and time to ask questions over a cup of tea.
To ensure comfort for everyone seating is on chairs but meditation cushions are availble if prefered.
No physical exercise is involved.
All classes are suitable for beginners and people of all levels of experience as well as people of all faiths.
Although the Monday evening classes are arranged as short courses, you are welcome to drop in at any time for an individual class. There is no need to book.

Monday classes - 7.30pm - 9pm Except school holidays - see dates below.
