It is a 15 minute walk to Southampton Hospital and Shirley High Street and there is a bus stop across the road 20 minutes into town, bars and the Solent University and Railway Station.

Both of the rooms are warm and clean and are furnished with bedding, wardrobe, drawers and a TV.

There is a small garden outside with patio, shared use of washer/dryer and oven/hob, microwave - shower room and a downstairs second loo. There is parking on the drive and plenty of off-road parking. All heating, lighting, water and council tax bills are included except phone and your own food, Wireless Broadband is also available. The house is Close to Junction 3 off M27/M271, both Sainsburys and Tesco's is close by.
