Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our busy customer service team in Holbury. You will be taking inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts and dealing with any general enquires as well as providing a high level of service.
You will also be expected to deal with any account issues including Invoice chasing and credit card payments. The role will be fast paced and demanding. You will need to have a previous call centre experience and have worked in a high pressured environment.You must be available to work between 8am-6pm, Monday- Friday. The successful applicant must be available for an immediate start.
