House is in Knightwood Park, Chandler’s Ford which is a residential area in the parish of North Baddesley. On the 46 bus route to Southampton or Winchester and 20 mins walk (approximately 1 mile) from Chandler's Ford railway station. Also on the IBM Hursley mini bus route. Ample street car parking nearby.

The room is carpetted and furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk for laptop and chair, chest of drawers, a couple of shelving units. The adjacent bathroom is the 'family' bathroom - there's ensuite to the master bedroom so no bathroom queues envisaged. (Downstairs cloakroom also).
The shared lounge/dining room has usual comfortable furnishings, TV, DVD, video, freeview, etc. Kitchen is compact but well equipped as too the adjacent utility room. Equipment includes, electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine/drier, dishwasher, shared crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. Furnished patio with miniature bbq also available to share.

The ideal lodger would be a quiet non-smoking professional. Other services/amenities include wi-fi. Rental price covers gas, community charge, wifi, electric and water. Overnight guests are welcome by prior arrangement and an additional charge will be levied of £10 per night.

I’m the landlady and my partner stays here sometimes. The other permanent resident is a very fluffy cat. There is another room for a lodger which is currently occupied by a fella in his early 20s who works for one of the local insurance companies.
