aap3 are looking for fresh creative talent. Our team is busy working on all kinds of creative projects for SME to large enterprise organisations. From time to time we would like to invite freelancers - or 'Associates' as be like to call them, to submit designs for project - could this be you?

Our Associates are paid on a project basis, and can be working or in further education - we don’t mind.

This is the ideal opportunity for a student or someone new to the industry to build a real-life portfolio with some big client names.

Some of the skills we are interested in are:

• Knowledge of working with animation and motion graphics.
o Adobe After Effects
o Adobe Flash (Action scripting experience a bonus)
o Apple Motion
• Video and audio editing.
o Adobe Premiere
o Final Cut Pro
• Good creative and graphic design skills. Including working with and having a good eye for:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe InDesign
o Adobe Illustrator
o Page layout
o Typography
o Image manipulation
o User interface design
o Web design
• Ability to work within, uphold and evangelize brand guidelines.
• Web and interactive media design
o Dreamweaver
o Flash

Applicants are not expected to have all the above skills, but maybe experience in one or two.

Associates will be chosen based on evidence of skills and creativity. CVs should be submitted complete with example work and projects supplied digitally where possible, and ideally in published format for easy viewing.
