Nice double room (unfurnished) to let in lovely house 10 minutes walk from Southampton Central train station. House has a nice lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower, spare room with lots of space for storage and a lovely garden with shed. Parking is available but a permit is needed from the council. Rent is £265 per calendar moth + bills (electric, gas, broadband + BT, water, tv and coucil tax) + £265 deposit. You will be sharing with two girls. We are preferably looking for another professional to move in with us. We are a sociable house and like hanging out together but there is also enough room to have your own space when you feel like it. We are looking for a non-smoker within the age range of 22-35.
