Responsibilities - Sales Associate :
• Use our proven Sales Activity Model, sales presentations, your Sales Manager, and other tools and resources available, to identify leads, qualify and sell a mix of Parker Worldwide’s clients services
• Qualify and follow up on leads to secure 3-6 appointments daily, (B2B, B2C and EVENT sales)
• Sell telecommunication tools to small business owners and privet users in face to face meetings
• You can generate new sales opportunities, and return to office at end of day for paperwork and manager meetings
• Network diligently, creating business relationships, through multiple efforts including B2B, B2C, networking (lead) groups, agents, and other appropriate methods
• Turn prospective interests into signed contracts, while steadily growing a pipeline of new clients for future sales for our clients
• Assist when needed in client problem resolution ensuring the highest in client satisfaction
Requirements - Sales Associate:

Our most successful representatives come from wide and diverse backgrounds including customer service, sales, college clubs and association leadership positions, entrepreneurs with 1-2 years experience while in school, competitive college team athletics, restaurant servers, retail associates, and more. All have these leadership traits and skills in common:
• Ability to work a demanding, primarily self-directed, work schedule
• Excellent verbal and strong listening communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve (if not exceed) one’s goals
• Persuasive, tactful, and professional
• Confident, extroverted, and driven with a competitive spirit
• Thrives in working outside the office (and not stuck at a desk all day)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Demonstrates only the highest personal and ethical standards
• Working knowledge of computers and personal communication devices
• Strong written communication skills
• Some outside sale experience desired such as copier sales, office supplies, or any other lead generation sale that requires extensive cold calling
