An exciting position has become available in our Southampton Office, for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Hospitality division. As a Consultant in the Hospitality team, daily tasks will include proactively seeking out opportunities through cold calling and by means of innovative sales techniques.
You will be required to communicate effectively across all levels and your strong persuasive abilities will ensure successful completion of assignments. You will be required to actively work towards a revenue target and as such, be meticulous in your planning and time management.

Due to the nature of the role, consultants are required to demonstrate a tenacious attitude towards new business development and the ability to build effective business relationships with key decision makers.
You will be required to display a mature, responsible attitude towards your work that reflects the company s attitude towards service excellence with all those you interact with on a daily basis.

The team is managed by an experienced Manager, who will provide you with the support and training to ensure your success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets in a recruitment or similar role and experience within the Hospitality and Catering trade is considered a distinct advantage.
