This is a fab Estimator position with a twist! Our client a reputable Dealership based in Hampshire is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Estimator with good ‘hands-on’ experience. In addition to possessing the ability to manager the bodyshop and possess the skills and desire to drive the business forward.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for delegating workloads to staff, ensuring the Bodyshop is at full capacity and that deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, recording a list of damages that need to be repaired and providing quotations on work to be carried out, also compiling a report/estimate about the customer’s vehicle. You will calculate the time required to complete all necessary repairs and inform the body shop of the authorisation of extra work needed.
