Hi, My partner and I are a professional couple living separately in the southampton area. We are both in stable jobs and are looking for a property of about £650 PCM (either a 2 bed house or 2 bed appartment)

the only thing we would require some help and negotiation with is the deposit... we can easily cover the cost of living but because we are apart we are spending money on going out and being together and therefore do not have a deposit saved.

We would like to come to an arrangement of either no deposit and we pay for any damages ourselves (and we would be happy for monthly checks) or pay a deposit in installments whilst living in your property.

we are looking for a property for a long term. 6months - 1year minimum.
