Business travel company based in Southampton are seeking a Business Travel Consultant to join their friendly team dealing with a variety of key corporate travel accounts. You will need to be forward thinking, fast moving and flexible in this exciting and challenge new role

Your clients will be a combination of blue chip accounts and you will tailor-make a service fit for your clients needs delivering support, service and cost effective solutions wherever they are in the world.

Key duties of the Business Travel Consultant will be:
- Providing the best available fares and routes for your business travel clients
- Using a variety of travel systems including CRS and back office
- Assisting with a variety of enquiries including schedule flights, hotels, car hire, visa advice, changes, re-validations, tax re-calculation and nett fares
- Dealing with multiple travel options including small groups and some events
- Offering advice regarding excess baggage, visa's and currency
- Delivering a first class service at all times

As a Business Travel Consultant your skills and experience will include:
- Previous experience of using CRS, either Galileo or Amadeus
- Previous experience of arranging worldwide multiple itineraries
- Some net fares experience also with ticketing
- Working within a team and well under pressure
- A good problem solver with the ability to deliver a result in a timely and effective manner

Package for the right candidate includes basic salary to £18 - £19K including company benefits, training and on-going progression.
