Our operation is diverse including an abattoir, boning and processing plants as well as a curing hall creating cured/smoked products. The on site dairy processing unit produces milk, mozzarella, ice cream and other related products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and help expand our farm shop operation.

Ideally you will be an experienced butcher who is comfortable with handling and preparing organic meat of all kinds. Applicants must be able to prepare meat to a high standard and have excellent customer service, communication and inter-personal skills. A block test must be passed in order for a candidate to be considered for this position.

This is a great chance to join a rapidly expanding high end meat and dairy production business.
